Salad...made of cake

Would that be ok? No? I didn't think so. I have embarked upon the great Weight Watchers journey. Armed with my 'Eating Out' and 'Shopping' points books, I shall be a force to be reckoned with in the dieting world!

Back to reality...I shall have my pitfalls, beer I suspect being the biggest and most frequent. What I'm looking forward to is hopefully feeling and looking a bit healthier, new recipes, and a bit of a lifestyle change.
